Alerts the way you want them

itControl Suite's alert engine will allow you to receive alerts the way you want them.

Email with secure, direct links to the itControl Suite Panel as well as secure direct connections to the alerting device for remote access. If your alert is based on a workstation, server, SNMP or IP connected device, you have no excuse remote access direct from the email alert message.

With email alerts you don't even have to go into itControl Suite to hit the target machine, the built in link form the alert email takes you there, all totally secure.

Alerts can also be SMS messages or even RSS feeds or combinations of methods as you need.

Automatic product brand detection

You don't need to tell itControl Suite what type or brands of hardware or software you have, it will tell you!!

Automatic detection of all devices and brands eliminates further implementation and system change maintenance within the system. There is nothing for you to do, itControl Suite does it all.

For backups and anti-virus system management, as examples, itControl Suite does not care what you have installed. It will figure it out and work with the information within those specific applications.

Change management reporting

Increased compliance has driven a strong requirement for documented change management within computing environments. Managing these changes is extremely tough.

ItControl Suite provides change management reporting to let you have documented details of changes within the environments configuration from a set base line.

Predictive hard drive failure auditing

itControl Suite has the ability to detect activity that is characteristic of hard drive failure, before its too late and the drive dies. Using a combination of built in hard drive intelligence information and itControl Suite's own technology; these alerts are accurate and real.
